Plain terms, written to be read.
Short, specific, and free of anything designed to be skipped. If a clause here would surprise you, it should not be in the document.
What Rebound is
A self-service planning tool. It orders your next steps based on your answers and points you at official sources for anything jurisdiction-specific.
What it is not
Rebound is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship. For a severance agreement of consequence, hire an employment lawyer.
Accuracy
State-level figures are reviewed regularly, but benefit amounts and deadlines change. Always confirm against your state agency before acting — every plan links to the official source.
Your account
There is no account. If you provide an email for plan recovery, keep access to that inbox; anyone who can receive mail at that address can restore that plan.
Purchases and refunds
The Toolkit is a one-time $49 purchase granting perpetual access to the current files and future updates. Full refund within 14 days, no explanation required.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, the updated date at the top changes and anyone who gave us an email gets a plain-language note about what changed and why.
